The move comes 19 months after Meta Platforms Inc., formerly known as Facebook Inc., invested nearly $6 billion in Reliance's Jio Platforms unit. Jio is going to benefit the most from this partnership because doing so can increase the sales of JioMart. WhatsApp has about 53 million users in the country and Jio has 425 million users.
How to order
After going to the app, you have to click on WhatsApp Tap and Chat. There you will get a complete list of groceries. You will be able to list orders only on WhatsApp. After this, payment can be made through online payment or through cash on delivery.
